• When you upgrade your account to a paid plan, you agree to our TOS, Policies, and all conditions of this website.
  • We offer refunds only to eligible customers. We will not offer refunds for customers who have used paid features and then want to downgrade. Refund requests must be submitted within 2–3 days of payment.
  • Due to transaction fees and payment exchange rate differences, you will not receive the full refund amount — we need to cover those operational costs.
  • We will refund if you paid more than the plan amount, or if we received payment but did not upgrade your account after you contacted us.
  • We may cancel your subscription if you violate our TOS or use the site for bad intent. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
